The European Textile Network (ETN) is an international community of textile creators, designers, educators and researchers that brings together professionals from across Europe at large conferences and smaller symposiums. As an associated partner, ETN is also part of the Symcraft project.

As part of the Textile Kultur Haslach 2025 summer symposium, a network meeting took place from 18 to 21 July, at which the presentation of the Symcraft project played a major role. In a presentation by Joanna Czekajlo, the background to the project was explained and, in the subsequent hands-on exchange, existing developments were shown and new interested parties were won over to the project. We are delighted that the topic attracted such broad international attention and that new collaborations were initiated.
