Living museum: The Gilet project
As part of a cooperation with the Haslach elementary school, the pupils dealt with the patterns that were previously woven by the Vonwiller company in our rooms. The wonderful woven fabrics used to be mostly made into gilets and worn by fine gentlemen. After the analysis, the children developed their own patterns and designed their own gilet with stamp printing. Everyone involved had a lot of fun!
